After his first year after forming Transpacific Steel, Andrew applied his professional management skills, innovative sales techniques, and quickly received his C-50 Reinforcing Contracting License, quickly gaining recognition from contractors within his industry.

Through these experiences, Andrew has prioritized that he will continue to create a sustainable firm that will become the leading business within his industry. As he strives to accomplish this by creating transparent accountability with each of his clients, Andrew is determined to also deliver the highest quality product and customer services to his partner; continually striving to exceed their expectations. This mission to be the premier rebar subcontractor in California will be through Andrew’s responsibility to oversee the strategic vision and performance of the company, while always continually striving to build better and more sustainable communities for the future generations that live in these spaces.

Through this endeavor, Mr. Perkins continually becomes more driven to grow and establish a renowned firm that contractors believe in our ability to add value in every project we perform and create more within the industry by continually setting high standards for himself and his team to continually challenge the status quo setting our firm apart from the other rebar contractors in our industry. Through the application of applying his expertise into all his projects, Andrew has been quickly recognized and has been inducted into two organizations that honored Andrew with the tittle of Board of Directors of the National Association of Minority Contractors, Inc. (NAMAC), the oldest Non-Profit Minority Contractors Organizations that was formed in 1969. As the youngest board of directors in this history of the organization, Andrew is currently seeking to provide millions of skilled minority workers across the country with construction related advantages such as access to opportunity, advocacy, and contractor development training.

On August 15, 2023, Andrew was recently inducted into his second organization known as Marquis Who’s Who in America. As in all Marquis Who’s Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
